Money Skills – In collaboration with Guwahati Management Association
Date: December 12, 2018
One of the
most successful programmes in the series of Money Skills, wherein the Faculty –
audience match was most effective, which was clear from the amount of questions
and interactions, was held at Guwahati in collaboration with Guwahati Management Association.
Mr Anirban Guha of BSE spoke on Capital Markets and
Mr Vibhor
Tandon, AVP of MCX India spoke on commodities Market. Also present on the occasion
were Mr B Paul Muktieh, CMD, NEDFi, Mr D N Barua, President, GMA, Mr S B
Sarmah, VP, GMA, and Mr D Gohain, Hon Gen Secy, GMA.

Money Skills – In collaboration with Silchar Management Association
Date: December 14, 2018
True to its vision of working with the regional
Management Associations, CMA also undertook the the Money Skills programme to Silchar
and organized another such event at the Assam University Campus situated at
Silchar in collaboration with the Silchar
Management Association. The programme was hosted by Jawaharlal Nehru
School of Management Studies, Dept of Management,
Assam University, Silchar Mr I B Ubhadia, President, SMA, Dr Amit Kumar Das, Gen
Secy, SMA & Dr Samit Chowdhury, were all present during the event. Here the
Capital Market Session was taken by Mr Joydeep Dutta of IIFL and Mr Diptendu
Moulik of MCX India spoke extensively on Commodity Market

CMA Talkshop by Ms Sutapa Bhattacharya, GM-Strategic Communication & Branding, TNB (A Malaysian
Utility Company), on “Branding and Strategic Communication for Future”
Date: December 20, 2018
On December 20, CMA organized its last programme of
the year called the CMA Talkshoppe, wherein Ms Sutapa Bhattacharya spoke about
and elaborated on her vast expertise and her insights about the modern CSR
practices and the major role that effective and
strategic communication plays in the growth and development of an Organization. She also explained how strategic
communication can not only build the brand value of a company and uphold its brand not
only to its shareholders but also to its employees and stakeholders. A session
which was most appropriate way to bid adieu to 2018.
